Information:

• Price per person & night

• Including breakfast (from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)
• Reduction for children:
  - Children up to 5 years 50
  - Children up to 10 years 25
  - Children over 10 years full price
• Excl. local tax: € 2.20 per person and night in summer from winter 2024/2025 € 2.90 from the age of 16
• Sauna use € 8
• Pets are not allowed

• Smoking is forbidden

• Car parking spaces are located directly at the house
• Check-in: from 02:00 p.m.

• Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

• Payment methods: Cash and bank transfer in advance

• Please note that a reservation becomes effective only after a confirmation with deposit and cancellation conditions from our side.

• A deposit of 30 % is required when making a reservation.

Cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date.
• Up to 2 months before the agreed arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of 25 % of the package price.
• Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date, we charge 50 % of the package price.
• Up to 15 days before the agreed arrival date, we charge 75 % of the package price.
• Cancellations from the 14th day before the agreed arrival date will be charged at 90 % of the package price.
• In the event of non-arrival without cancelation, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100 % of the package price.
• Cancellations are only accepted with mutual confirmation. We generally recommend travel cancellation insurance.
